About this project
This webpage is a beta-project (still in development) to develop and promote the tourism industry and knowledge in albania.
As you probably know albania is the last unexplored area of the europian touristic map, so the interest to visit this small and beautiful country is growing more and more.
This was also pointed out in the last Holiday World Fair, that was organised this year (2004) in Prague Czech Republic.
In the desk of one of the albanian TO - "Albturist" many visitors and agenciess were interested on organising touristic trips in Albania, showing that they are breaking down the image that this country is still unsafe or dangerous for tourists.
So there is so much to do and offer to the interested persons and subject who have desire to visit albania. That` s why this simple touristic portal came into life .
Our purpose is to make it a source full of useful and updated informations but also a specialised partner for services offered to different TO or travel agencies.
So this project was launched on september 2003 from some intellectuals specialised on the tourism area with the desire to make albanian beauty reachable over the internet for all those who would like to visit it.
For this reason the content will be updated continuosly, as also the tourism sector in Albania is on its first steps. In order to give here the most acurate informations we are cooperating with different A.T.O. (albanian touristic operators or agencies) also with government institutes and NGO organisations (A.T.C.)
If you feel that you want to be part of this project and have ecperiences on the tourism field then feel free to contact us and send us a mail, surely we will answer to you ASAP.
