Oh I found!!... I will tell to my boss that my mom is sick and I will need to stay with her few days...
In reality just leaving for albania, for few days, at least I can get to know if it is worthy to go there next year for whole holidays.
Oh God I forgot about my wife, I don` t know if I should take her with me or not ... well I am afraid that she might be so amased there that she will not leave a person around, not telling to.
.......so think... think, I found!!!! I will say to her that I am going on a bussines trip for a few days. .....Oh God how cleverv am I.

Oh I forgot... you don`t need to maniputlate your boss and your wife, take them too in your trip to albania. And after coming back, give as a mail or post a message in our forum, to let us know how did you felt there, how much useful was the info you got here.
